Maureen coaches leaders and their teams to bring about their desired outcomes, supporting them in managing change, and in resolving persistent workforce challenges. She has many years experience in Organisation Development, People Management, and Learning & Development across all sectors. She helps people to bring about an intrinsic shift in their thinking and behaviours. She builds relationships at all levels, offering appropriate support and challenge, addressing resistance and anxiety, as well as 'oiling the wheels' to ensure timely outcomes. Maureen also brings experience of project management, customer-focus, complexity and uncertainty.
She has a strong belief in diversity and inclusion – with everyone having value, plus it makes great business sense! She wants to build recognition of our shared humanity, and to appreciate the strengths of everyone, regardless of our visible and invisible differences. When we unleash diverse thinking, talents and experience of all, we can address today’s complex challenges, maximise opportunities, and thrive. An inclusive approach is vital in bringing about sustainable change. There is also good evidence of a positive correlation between diversity, particularly within a leadership team, and better results for organisations and users. Most of us, including Maureen, can feel some discomfort in working with others we perceive to be different to us. She brings her own experience and awareness of building internal alignment, in helping clients to co-create an effective Mosaic workplace and workforce.
