With a first degree in Social Sciences, a Diploma in Systems Thinking, and a Master’s in HR Strategy & Change, Susan supports purpose-driven leaders in creating Harmony, Impact, and Legacy. Her deep-rooted belief in human value allows her to connect with individuals from all backgrounds, helping leaders and organisations bring out the best in people.

Her cross-sector and international experience spans Europe, Africa, the Middle East, China, and the US. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Good Work Guild member, and a South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership Ambassador. Recently, she was recognised as a Black Female Pioneer by Milton Keynes City Council.

When not working, Susan can be found on the golf course, supporting young people who have been in the care system, or working on her latest book on multiculturalism.
